I have a new best friend!

My new life has started with my new best friend, my gastric band.  I had it fitted last Thursday 8th July, and I know that as long as we remain good friends and basically, I do what it tells me, then we will get on just fine and I will emerge as a mini me. 

Still going through the early stages and on liquids only for 2 weeks then 4 weeks on sloppy food but as I am not experiencing any hunger (long may that continue) I have to remind myself to have my 'drinks'.
